You acknowledge and agree that GPM3 owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all intellectual property rights. GPM3 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, GPM3 will make a new copy of the Terms available at the Website. Your continued use of the Services will be deemed acceptance of the revised Terms.
Miscellaneous
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Texas and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dallas Texas relation to any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
